1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on The CMMNS Club, you agree to be bound by these Terms. You are an individual (not a legal entity or corporation) at least 18 years old or of legal age to enter into a contract under the laws of your country of residence. If you do not meet this age requirement, you are not permitted to use the service.

2. Description of Service

The CMMNS Club is a networking platform that combines an AI assistant ("Carmen") with curated offline events to help professionals build relationships.

• Nature of Service: We facilitate connections; however, we are not responsible for the conduct of any user outside of the digital platform.
• AI Disclaimer: "Carmen" provides suggestions based on data algorithms. She is an AI assistant, and her advice regarding professional moves or social interactions should be treated as informational only.

3. Events and Fees

• Booking: Users can register for curated activities (such as dinners or golf meetups) directly through the app. Please note that event locations and schedules are pre-determined by CMMNS.
• Fees: A Rp 150,000 commitment fee is required to secure your spot. This fee covers administrative costs and does not include the cost of the meal, green fees, or other venue-specific charges.
• Cancellations: If CMMNS cancels an event, you will receive a 100% refund. If you cancel your booking, you must do so at least 48 hours (H-2) before the event to remain eligible for a refund. Cancellations made within the H-2 window are non-refundable.

4. Code of Conduct & Safety

The CMMNS Club is a curated community. To maintain a professional and safe environment:

• Users must behave respectfully and professionally during offline events.
• Harassment, discrimination, or aggressive behavior of any kind will result in immediate account termination.
• We reserve the right to ban users who receive consistently poor ratings from other attendees.

5. Limitation of Liability regarding Offline Meetings

You acknowledge that The CMMNS Club arranges real-world hangouts with people you may not know.

• Assumption of Risk: You voluntarily participate in these events and assume all risks associated with physical interaction.
• Liability: PT Nexus Xybertech Solutions is not liable for personal injury, loss of property, or disputes that occur at third-party venues. We strongly encourage you to use good judgment when meeting new people.

6. Intellectual Property

The design, content, branding, and the character "Carmen Maheswari" are the exclusive intellectual property of PT Nexus Xybertech Solutions.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
